Good conditions. Tee boxes were extra firm and tees were difficult to stick in the ground.

The course was in excellent condition! (Although the first cut of rough was covered with dried, cut grass - But of course, I was in the fairway)!
The challenges run from low to high. Several holes beg you to "go for it" but if you play smart, you won't.
All in all an excellent value for a great round of golf!

It's immediately clear that their resources are spent on the course and not equipment or buildings. But the greens were top notch; the fairways well groomed with plenty of deviations. The water hazards add sufficient challenges without being over-done. The rough is ..... well, don't go there!
All in all, a great course!

Some tight fairways, small and/or sloping greens make for a fun round of golf.
The course is always in good condition considering the amount of play.
The only thing missing from this course is water challenges. Small drainage ditches do find their share of balls but a nice pond would complete the challenges offered by this course.

Tends toward an irregular pace of play but usually in pretty good condition.
