Almost there
Waterview has put a lot of money into course improvements. Greens are nice but are not fully established. Lots of water being used on greens which leads to a lot of mud and water around greens. If you haven’t played waterview before I would give it a shot.

Great shape
The course seemed to be in great shap. A few tight lies around the green. Only disappointment was there seemed to be over booked tee times with multiple groups waiting on the first tee and groups being impatient.

Over all the course was in normal condition only downside is the greens are not in good or average shape at all.
