Great twilight rates, especially for people just learning to play. If it weren't for their twilight rates, I wouldn't be able to afford to practice as often as I need to in order to keep improving, and I probably would have quit the game a long time ago.
Only complaint is how long and thick the rough is. You spend a lot of time trying to find your ball, even if it's just off the fairway.

Pro shop staff weren't the most honest or helpful. Was quoted a golf bag price by an employee who said he was selling it to me "at cost price", only to come back the next day and be quoted a much lower price by another employee who also told me he was selling it to me "at cost price."

Wide open fairways and nice scenery on the back 9 along the river. Very decent rates, especially for beginner golfers. Canadian dollar is at par on occasion. If it were at par on a regular basis, it would be worth playing on a regular basis.

Played this course with my Grandfather who had been a long-time member. Outstanding conditions on the course. Not a divot to be seen anywhere on the course. Incredible views of the city, and perfect grass everywhere. First-class clubhouse and very friendly staff.

Only complaint would be the high cost, but that's to be expected of this high of a quality course. Unfortunately, my Grandpa passed away this past year, so I won't get to play this course with him anymore, but I have incredible memories playing with him at Highland!

Charged full price, even during poor Fall conditions. There are much better courses in the area that have much lower rates.

Greens are average, and grass length is good. Unfortunately they no longer have rates on Golfnow.com, so I won't be returning unless they lower their rates. Several friends have said the same.
