Very enjoyable day, although my score was not enjoyable.

Today was "cart path only" due to overseeding. Still an enjoyable day.

Play was a little slow. Everyone was friendly and cooperative. Course was in very good conditions, Nice, fast greens. Very nice day/

From the cart guys to pro shop to starter to the course condition, everything was first class and an enjoyable outing. If I lived in the area, I would be back often.

I played on 7/15/14, and was able to enjoy the reduced summer rates. From the many phone calls (I was trying to coordinate times with other players), to the bag personnel, to the pro shop staff, to the course lay-out, and green conditions, THIS PLACE WAS FIRST CLASS! I would not say it was an overly hard or demanding course, just not forgiving for errant shots. The greens were fast and perfect, along with being undulating and multi-tiered. The carts had built in GPS with pictured layout of each hole. The cart personnel were friendly and helpful. The worse thing I can say about the course was too many of the players who proceeded me left too many divots unfilled, BUT YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID! There was a junior qualifier earlier that morning, so maybe that was the reason. It was well worht the 3 hour drive each way to play Old Corkscrew!
