Great layout. SLOW greens but it’s been hot in CT so i get why the superintendent doesn’t want to burn the grass by cutting them a lot . Lay out is challenging and fun. forced carries and worth every penny.

Played the champions course today, greens are extremely firm. Rolled very true though. Fairways and bunkers were good along w tee boxes. Saw the cart girl plenty of times. Greens were decently fast considering how hard they were.. overall a Great day on the course! Just try to soften up the greens a little bit!

Overall a great day, esp for a $60 hot deal..
Only issue was alittle sand/ yellowish pebbles on the greens. Maybe in prep for the rain that’s expected. Didn’t affect your line at all. They stayed true but deff slowed the ball down a lot while putting and chipping onto them.
Fairways, tee boxes, rough,and sand all in great shape. Not sure what was up w the sandy greens but for a hot deal it was well worth the $.

Got a hot deal, well worth the money. i wouldn’t pay more than 75$ to play here.
Tee boxes are 7 out of 10, fairways are 7-10, rough is growing back nicely from the overseed.
Greens are 6.5-10, Lots of pitch marks and tons of birds all over the course. Could be worse though.. They’re hard but not fast prob a 9 on the meter. Pace was amazing. Finished in about 4 hours. Lay out is good and always a fun place to play esp for a hot deal time .
Giving it a 7.8 out of 10 for the legends course.

Course was wide open, easy off the tee and i played super fast as a single, and eveyone let me play through.. Greens aren’t bad at all, just a little slow, but true. Fairways weren’t great but playable. Had a fun time, and for the money it’s worth it..

Great track with fast greens.

Play the right tees esp if it’s windy.
Course is in good shape. Get a yardage book for first timers or play with someone who’s played before. Pretty open but have to hit accurate shots all around.

Only reason this course deserves any stars is because of the starter. He was helpful for a first time player.

Greens were terrible, not fast like they said, and for sure not pure...firways decent, around the greens, terrible!
Sand wasn’t bad. Course is extremely narrow( esp from the tips) i had good shots and scored decent (82) but just wasn’t a good experience. Played w 3 terrible guys who made the round even worse . But let me tell you. SO many better places to play around here.If u enjoy a pure, good golf course, don’t come here. I’m upset i started my vacation off with this track. Oh yeah, the tee boxes are absolutely trash.

Even with all the recent rain, the course was in great shape!
I’ve read a lot of negative reviews of this place and this is probly my 5th time playing here and it’s always good. Esp when you get a hot deal . Fairways lush, greens quick and true even with the amount of rain we’ve gotten. Tee boxes all very nice, thick by fair rough and good bunkers. Deff will play again soon, and i suggest you find a hot deal and do yourself a favor and play... yess there are birds around 17 and else where but not a deal breaker. Fun layout and great conditions !

Great course, from the drive in you just know it’s going to be a fun day.
Challenging but very fair. You have to get off the tee well if you plan to score well.
Greens firm and fast. Bunkers a little wet but that’s only due to down pour the night before. Eveyrbing else is pure. I believe it’s worth what they charge but try to find a hot deal it makes the round even better for the 50$ rather than the 75$. Either way i would pay up to 120$ on a weekend for it. Great course, great shape and a great time.

Greens were amazing and fast, true and pure.
Tee boxes were okay.. over all 8-10... pace was just awful. People playing wrong tees and what not but overall a great day. They’re punching the greens soon so beware but they’re AWESOME right now

I love this course, been playing it for 5+ years. I’m a 10 handicap and it always challenges me... great lay out. Front is much harder than the back. Pick the right tees.

As far as course conditions. Greens LOOK amazing. But are SLOW LIKE SOOO SLOW... please please please CUT AND ROLL THEM. Bring them back to a 10-11 on the stem for everyone’s sake. It’s miserable to play a great track and the greens ruin your time out there cuz of how terribly slow they are. I will play here again esp for the hot deal of 40-50$ but please if the staff is reading this.. ROLL AND CUT YOUR GREENS... it’s such a fun track and just needs up keep on the geeens... fairways are 7.5 outta 10. Overall 7 Out of 10 because the greens are miserably slow... like they look like perfect pga fairways...

We were 36 minutes behind pace. No Marshall at all. We had a guy walking and still waited on everybtee box.
Course is always a pleasure, tough so pick your tees wisely.

Great track for $60.fairways are a bit brown but greens are in great shape. Tee boxes are perfect and pace of place is awesome
Finished 18 in 3.5 hours. Love playing here when I can find a solid rate

The course is fun and challenging. Up and down and plays well.. GREENS ARE AWFUL! Slow then next hole fast, break then no break they're bumpy, shot an 86 and probly could have shot low 80s if the greens rolled properly

Played a twilight at 2. Finished 18 w 4 of us. No one in front of behind us, so we played quick. Greens are okay,, fairways, okay. Everything u would expect from a mini. Open and easy. Good time w friends
