I have played this course multiple times and it is quite challenging for the average golfer. Only downside is slow play on the weekends and while the staff is very nice, they aren't doing anything to keep play on pace. You have to hit it long and straight to score well. If you don't hit it long, move up to the next tee box it will make your round much more enjoyable as well as keep pace of play.

The greens were perfect, fairways cut, rough was friendly.
If you get a chance to play this course, do it!

Played this course today August 10, 2013. This place was in extremely poor conditions. Fairways were flooded, uncut, tee boxes were poorly maintained, greens were just aerated and no mention of this when booking the teetime. Had to play around the privileged members who just kick off on the back in the middle of play. The course isn't worth playing, there are many better ones within the same distance.

Played this course, it was in very good condition. The staff (the 2, I actually saw) were pleasant. There was no cart person, no rangers were present. The starter and pro both stated golf was 4 hours. Took 4:52 minutes

Would love to play this course again but not sure i would risk it again for 5 hours...
