Great course for your money. Opened to the public recently (2018 I believe) and for a $35 hot deal it was worth it. I played on a Thursday morning around 9:30. Does look like it is pretty busy early in the morning with members but I had no issues with pace of play. Played by myself and only waited on one hole before the group ahead let me play through. Course was in good shape and worth what I paid. We stay in Panama City Beach for vacation every year and this course is in Lynn Haven so it was about a 25-30 minute drive from Thomas Drive. Just watch out for the squirrels, they will jump in your cart and want a free ride!

Course is a great links style course that makes you feel like you are playing the Open Championship. Our round was cut short because of rain but, I would say this is one of the nicer course in town open to the public.
