Player friendly layout, generous fairways and not too much trouble if you spray the ball a bit. Fairways and greens in good condition, rough uneven in spots. Unless you're a single digit hdcp, play the Gold tees.

We played early Dec and felt course was great value for the money, c.$45. Starter advised course played longer than yardages would suggest so we played at just under 6000 yards. A couple of par 4's were a little too short (c.275) but in general these were proper tees for our group, hdcp's 6-14. Greens rolled very smooth and were moderately fast, c.9-10 on stimp? Will definitely play again though in season rate of $90 makes it a bit less of a bargain.
