Lincoln Greens Golf Course
Played On 09/22/2021Ok - Needs some work
The greens were aerated a couple weeks ago and are in excellent condition. They rolled true. The course has a lot of sand traps on it. The traps contained very little loose sand and were rock hard. The fairway and rough on a lot of the holes has sizable spots of crabgrass or bald spots. Sometimes you get a great lie and sometimes you’re basically in an area that needs to be marked as ground under repair. I paid $18 to play 18 holes with a cart. For that price the course was accepted, but I would not pay much more than that to play here.

Lake of the Woods Golf Course - Par 3
Played On 07/06/2018I enjoyed the course. It is an older public course. The tees, fairway and rough were in good shape. A few of the green on the front side had dead spot through out the greens and even within 10 to 15 feet of the cup. Some of the sand traps were full of sand and some had barely any sand in them. I liked the layout of the course.
Wolf Creek Golf Club
Played On 08/30/2017Quality Older Course
Wolf Creek struck me as a quality older course. The greens were in good condition, fast, and had a challenging amount of contour. I don't remember having any putts of 3' or more that were flat. The fairways were average width. The course has plenty of trees, so if you are wild off the tee you will probably find yourself needing to punch-out a few times. The fairways and rough were in good shape. The course has a few creeks/water on maybe six holes. I don't recall seeing any sand-traps on the course. Most of the tee-boxes had just be aerated the day we played. I think they will be fine in a couple of days.
We drove about 45 minutes to get to the course. We played 18 with a cart for $19.50 per person (that price includes GolfNow's fee). For that price I would be will to drive to Wolf Creek again to play.
