Played On 04/22/2023Immaculately manicured - hmmm
While the course is in better shape than it has been in the past it is nowhere near immaculate. Fairways and greens are in good shape but many bunkers are in sad shape. It’s obvious that work is ongoing on these but it’s hard to justify the fees for the condition of the coursep

Played On 09/26/2021Too slow
With my round clocking in at 5:10 this was way too slow. What’s worse is that I called the pro shop to inform them of the slow play and back up. They reportedly tried to speed up the responsible groups 4 times but there was no evidence that anyone listened. Also experienced the now too frequent loud music from another group as well as other golfers talking loudly while we tried to tee off. There appears to be little to no management on the actual course. This is a nice course and layout but I would refer to it more as a social club than a golf course/club for anyone serious about their golf

Played On 09/11/2021Course was in great shape considering that it was flooded by Ida last week. Greens were slow from aeration

Great course conditions. Had to wait on every hole for the group of hacks ahead of us. And we were walking!! Need better course management

Played On 06/17/2018Where’s the beverage cart??
Despite it being Fathers Day, pace of play was very good. Course was in excellent shape. Didn’t see the beverage cart until the 15th hole!! If you’re walking better bring your own water/Gatorade
Glade Valley Golf Club
Played On 03/10/2018Great pace of play
Played as a walking single on a relatively busy Saturday - pace of play was great - done in about 3 1/2 hours. Course was in good shape. The traps were a little rough but it was evident that they are starting to do springtime maintenance on them. Staff was very friendly and I was pleased that they allowed me to go out as a single at my scheduled tee time rather than hold me up to pair with others. Fees are very reasonable too.
Clustered Spires Golf Course
Played On 03/04/2018Not up to par
To start, as other reviewers have mentioned, if you book through GolfNow expect to be treated like a second class citizen. I was initially pleased when booking became available through GolfNow as I could get a tee time as a single. Prior to that, they would not schedule singles and when asked about available times/slots the standard answer was always after 2PM (not true). Now you can get a single time BUT they will not allow you to go out until that time even if the tee is wide open. Also the course is under construction. #16 - a signature long par 3 is completely closed and replaced with a dinky 110 yard temporary hole with no real green. 17 is no longer played from its correct tees but instead from a temporary tee in the driving range which is little more than a muddy patch of grass. With this in mind, you still get to pay full price on green fees (???) and nowhere on the website is this mentioned. I won't be going back until the course is in its original layout and I can stomach feeling like they are doing me a favor.
Hi, Roberthodges. We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We understand your frustration with the construction projects underway. Please bear with us as we work diligently to make improvements. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.
