I’ve played this course a lot in the past 2 yrs. The condition of the course at this point is sickening. Troon has apparently been signed on as a management company. Which was needed since the city of Cape Coral hasn’t given it any help recently. Troon has its work cut out ahead of them. Tee boxes are AWFUL. Fairways below average with dead and bare spots everywhere. The greens were decent. Better value and conditions are easily available elsewhere.

Overall it’s a nice course. Lennar has definitely put their touch in it. Cool but strange layout. Fairways aren’t the widest so accuracy is a must. Isn’t too long. The greens are brand new and are extremely hard. But roll true. Just difficult to stop anything on the greens. They need to elevate the practice range. The drainage isn’t working. The entore range was slop and mud. Would definitely play again.

Greens had been punched a week or so prior but still weren’t bad and is typical for this time of year. Overall condition was ok. I’ve seen this course a lot better condition. Range balls had been previously included in the round. Not the case this time. Typical SW Florida course. No loyalty to the customers that keep them going while the seasonal people are gone. Better deals can be found for nicer courses currently.

The simulators are very poor. Certain balls have to be used and they feel similar to restricted flight range balls. The distances showed this as well as shots were 30-40 yds short. That’s a significant amount. The service was pretty good. The owners are very friendly. It’s a good set up and has 3 large nice bays to use. It’s just the software used that’s the issue. Many popular courses aren’t available on the software as well including any TPC courses played and Augusta. The price is a little steep as well at $50/hr when at least one competitor is $20 cheaper by the hour. Me and friend only got through 13 holes in a 2 hour frame. A lot of potential though.

Course continues to improve. Greens are excellent with true rolls. Fairways have come in nicely over the last few months. Been playing here for around a yr and it’s basically become my go to course. Conditions are better than just about any other public course. Very reasonably priced. Best bang for your buck Dec though April.

Spent more time waiting at each tee box than it took to play each hole. Zero exaggeration. It’s a busy time of year but this was just bad.

After being disappointed a while back I tried this course again and it was in much better condition. Pleased with greens and overall improvement. Greens could be a little better but not bad.

Staff and the layouts were great. Course conditions however were unacceptable. Fairways were full of weeds. The rough was the same. The greens were long, bumpy, and full of sand. Speeds were very inconsistent. Not worth the price currently. Hope they continue to improve. Pace of play was good for this time of year.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to play this course. The staff went above and beyond. The course was in good condition and the greens rolled true. Plenty of challenging holes but not overly long. Playing it again tomorrow.

Driving range closed. Chipping green closed. Just a poor upkeep taking place at this course. Played it a month ago and it was in pretty good condition. For all of the money the new owner has dumped into this course he should be dissatisfied with the condition. Over run with weeds. Can’t tell the fairway from the rough. After 9 holes. Arrive at the 10th tee to 3 groups waiting to tee off. Threw in the towel at that point. It will be a long time before I give this course another chance. They will probably blame it on the rain. Which didn’t help but wasn’t the issue at all.

Love this course. Play it all the time. Unfortunately this time of year the value isn’t there for the price. The pace is just atrocious while the snowbirds are here. I did see a Marshall riding around but it didn’t help. Nothing was done. 5+ hour rounds are just unacceptable. Can’t wait until April/May.

I play this course at least once a week. Love the layout. Lately there has been a cart shortage and slow play. This time of year that is to be expected somewhat with the increase in population in the winter months.

Unbeatable price for the condition and layout. A little construction going on around it. But easily the best public course in the area.

Worst course I've ever played. Left after 4 holes. Don't waste the time or $. Saying this was a cow pasture would be an upgrade.
