Pros: Bartender was nice. Range was in good condition.
Cons: Most everything else. Greens are awful. Bunkers look bad. Trash lines the water. Literally trash everywhere. Pace of play was so slow until the group in front of us dropped, but 4 groups on a hole at times.
Layout is ok, allows you to hit driver and work some shots, but there’s so much better quality golf for the same or comparable price nearby. Won’t play here again.

First time playing, course was fine, nothing special, wouldn't seek it out, but wouldn't say no. Indoor staff (bartender/pro shop) were rude and standoffish -- outside staff (cart runner/starter) were super helpful and friendly. Layout was fine, should have played from blues instead of whites. Pace of play was good for a Saturday. Better courses for the money up in Apollo Beach area.

Course was in rough shape, worst I’ve seen it in the 3 times I’ve played there. Greens were a disaster. Not enough range spots to warm up, all were being used and a waiting line. Staff was fantastic, which is a big deal around Denver because most are not. Layout is what you’d expect. Restaurant/bar was closed with no prior notice - not a big deal but that’s why low amenities rating. Bear Dance is the same price and a much nicer course if you can make the extra 20 minute drive.

The course was in decent shape for the time of the year. Typical Muni course, straight, open, no water to worry about. My biggest and only complaint, no ranger. The group in front of us was incredibly slow, and did not know or did not feel necessary to let my fairly quick 3 some play through. Once we made the turn, the back 9 was backed up with several groups, so we asked to play the front again in order to get 18 in. We were able to play that 9 in just over an hour as there was no wait.
