very inexpensive and quick because no one plays there. layout is back and forth up a big hill. Flat lies in fairways are scarce. Look for odd tee arrangements where u strike through rows of tall weeds. Better to stay home and cut the grass.

marvelous afternoon playing a comfortable and friendly well maintained track.. also bathroom and fresh water and ice where needed. finished in 4 hours and had waited on many holes with time to socialize

Verry difficult for me, a 12-15 handicapper playing from the blue tees (same as tips in most cases)
long carries many holes
lost 6 balls and scored highest in years

must return to get even if that is possible.

Very pleased with sprawling layout. Construction everywhere as scores of homes being built. Couse cut back to accommodate those who hate long grass rough. Watch out for the roll however since hazzards on every hole.

Nice, relaxing, and does not beat you up.
