THIS IS A GREAT COUSE FOR THE MONEY. THE GREENS WERE EXCELLENT AND THE FAIRWAYS WERE AWESOME. LOCAL COURSE IS VERY CASUAL AND COMFORTABLE. STAFF ARE GREAT AND YOU HAVE TO TRY THE GREAT FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COURSE OVER BIG SKY WHICH IS NEARBY. IT IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO PEMBERTON
Desert Dunes Golf Course
Played On 03/16/2015Good starter course
My son and I had not played golf for 5 months and wanted a course that was moderate to play. The fairways were wide and not many players on the course. Just the two of us played and it was a good course to shake the rust off. Fairways were good and greens in pretty decent shape. Good value for the money.
Palms at Marriott's Desert Springs Resort
Played On 03/22/2014Beautiful and Pretty Course
It was our last day in Palm Springs and we wanted to play a really picturesque course. The Palms was exactly what we wanted. The course was in excellent condition. The fairways were immaculate and the palm trees and flowers were eye catching. There was a problem on three of the greens as they were brown and rough. This was the only disappointment. The marshal was excellent as he came around at least three times to offer fruit to the golfers. We really enjoyed this course.
Palm Desert Country Club
Played On 03/21/2014Nicely groomed, wide fairways course
It is a nice course for intermediate players. The fairways and greens were in great shape and the pace of play was really good. My son and I played in the morning and really enjoyed the course. Wide fairways and lots of room to hit the ball. Good value for the money. Beware the bunkers as they don't have much sand. This seems to be typical of most Palm Springs courses.
Golf Club At Terra Lago - South Course
Played On 03/20/2014Very unique course
Played in the morning with my son and the weather was excellent. The course is very different with the big sand dunes between holes. Very picturesque. Great value for the money as the course is in excellent shape and the fairways are long and wide. You will see lots of rabbits and other wildlife. We played the South course and I would play it again.
Rancho Mirage Country Club
Played On 03/19/2014Nice course and lots of scenery
This is a pretty course with water, flowers and lots of trees. The fairways are reasonably wide and for good golfers not a problem. The course can be considered short for long hitters. The tee times are really stacked up but we had no problems since we teed off at 7:15 am. This course seems to be a favorite for a lot of the local people. Driving range is free so that is a bonus. Beware there is hardly any sand in the bunkers so you don't want to go in them.
Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course
Played On 03/17/2014Nice wide open course
It was our first day in Palm Springs and we wanted a course that was reasonable in price but nice and was also nice and wide open. Cimarron fit all three criteria. The course was in excellent shape and we could hit the ball left and right without fear of loosing balls. Great value for the money. It was perfect weather and good pace of play as it was just the two of us having fun and enjoying the sunshine.
