Very challenging and undulating.
First-time here, will know where to place the ball next time (hint - stay in the fairways - no kidding right? but here off the fairway can be very penal). Greens had been punched and top dressed a few weeks ago and therefore were left a little shaggy, slow, but rolled true - should be awesome in the fall. Tees and fairways are fantastic!
front nine bunkers need love, back nine, very playable.

Decent layout, some interesting holes, some meh! Busy Saturday, so SLOW!
Course conditions not great, too many people don’t repair ball marks - some very rough tee boxes, fairways and around greens - lots of weeds, very tight lies.
Okay for an easy round, but certainly not as high as the other ratings I have seen posted.
