Those are highlights unfortunately.
Pace very slow greens awful fairways sporadic.
Heard from regulars that place is busy year round so I guess people in charge decided they can get away letting things go.
I traveled from Sarasota so won't go again after trying it out.
Can get better value closer.

Course condition could be much improved.
Homes to close to fairways in some areas.
Slow pace.
Highlight for sure is staff friendliness.

Course ok other than worse car paths I ever encountered in Florida.
Course itself bumpy as well so wherever you drive watch your back and teeth.
I was told to go swing club since I got special deal I could not start earlier then t time even there was nobody wanting to play .
Last played here 5 years ago and it went down from then.

Very nice setting, very friendly staff , fairways in excellent shape and all is negated by greens that are one of the worse i ever played. Rough, uneven bumpy surface.
Par 3s are what you may expect but par for are glorified par 3s. It should be par 3 course period. Not even a 250 yrds hole.
Still beautiful scenery.
Only course I ever played with water moccasins warning signs.

Blue Heron Pines

Second 9 boring, round the pond all under 100y , too noisy from hwy traffic
