Waited on every tee. Group behind us asked to play through as didn’t see we had to wait on every tee for forward group. But they soon saw us waiting as they waited. Course is in excellent condition too bad pace was so slow maybe need to be sure not to overbook course.

Wonderful golf weather was perfect only problem was gps not working on the cart. Always in great condition

Enjoyed this challenging course with lots of rolling hills and greens that challenged. .Staying clear of water hazards a must with the extra roll in the fairways. We teamed up with 80 year old golfer that gave us on course advise. Really enjoyed round and hope to play better next time. Greens were running quick with undulating contours and challenging pin placements.

Although the foursome let twosome through that were slower than foursome. We had to skip hole and caught very slow twosome Course in great shape too bad we had to skip hole and painfully wait again on slower twosome We were able to finish before rain started. Took time to notice beautiful orchids.

Once greens are punched and seeded this course will be amazing.

Enjoyed our round in the rain off back nine. Stopped at the turn and had lunch able to complete front nine wet but playable course in great condition even with cart path only and no other players out. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Still wet on the back nine. I was able to ride by some on the back As very slow. Kind man suggested I go through slow group and finished by going back to skipped holes to finish back nine. Enjoyed Kindness and golf etiquette by polite men. Enjoy this course very challenging back nine.

I got my steps in today and was a long round with cart path only. I was alone on the course until the last four holes. Will be nice once it dry out the greens were in great shape.

So happy once the rain started as played though the slow players. Had a much better score on the back once pace of play increased. Starter very friendly!!!

This course is in better condition than years ago. Was able to collect my first Eagle after driving home 3 and sinking the putt.

Could have played through group of men. After waiting more on 17 they gave an applause for my long drive and birdie putt. Ladies Can keep up with men.

Enjoyed play until we caught two slow groups. Friendly even though had long wait to finish. Just barely finished before rain showers.

After slow play on the first seven Holes there was a rain delay and allowed us to get out and finish the back nine without delays. Great food at the turn too. Course in excellent condition even with rain.

This course in great shape and very challenging with difficult pin placements. Plays longer than expected.

We played later in the day course layout was good no sun in our face late in the day. Course in good condition greens a bit slower than usual and interesting the way the greens were growing.

Played this course on Wednesday in the rain returned on Friday for a sunny round greeted by Friendly staff and the great course conditions wet or dry played better by 8 strokes in the sunshine

Beautiful weather fantastic fall colors and views and terrific course conditions made this a memorable round at Sunday River golf. Took a friend for her first time and she claimed this is now her favorite course in Maine. And all this for less than a cart fee for members thru Golf Now!

I played alone pace was very quick as no one was in front or behind me. I noticed course was under repair but greens were in great condition

Excellent opportunity to play elevated and well maintained greens and approaches. Enjoyed the first round went back to play again later in the week and enjoyed the second time even more So I will enjoy more play here again.
