Cart path
We liked playing this course, however the cart paths are in terrible shape. They really need to fix them,especially on the front nine. Otherwise we enjoyed our round.

Course is getting better all the time
My wife and I had a good day of golf at Royal Oaks.
Fairways are getting greener as spring arrives. Best shape since we've been here . Will certainly go back.

Fairways are dry and no grass. A lot of the greens have bare spots and bumpy. Did not enjoy playing my round.
Will not go back again this year.

Front nine tougher than the back nine
Front nine requires you to stay out of the well tree lined fairways. Back nine is in better shape in the fairways.
We always enjoy our round and the staff is very friendly.
