First time playing this track and was very satisfied with all elements. Surprised by the price of $29 senior rate on a Sunday! Quality of the course made this a tremendous value. The course was in good shape, greens we above average fast. Sand was in great shape and playable. A lot of elevation changes added to the enjoyment. Will add this course to our annual plays.

We purchased the 36 hole package, intending to play the Bear in the AM and Spruce Run in the PM. Due to a large outing on the Bear, our round took 5 hours and 20 minutes to complete. Exasperating. Due to this duration, we had zero time to stop for lunch before our Spruce Run tee time (which we pushed back 30 minutes after the front nine on the Bear), only to find the same slow conditions on Spruce due to another outing. We quit on the second hole after waiting on the tee for fifteen minutes with no pace improvement in sight. Resort golfing at its worst. Not likely to return in the future.

First time playing the course and left very satisfied. Conditions were great, beautiful and challenging layout. Really enjoyed the elevation changes. The staff was friendly and helpful. This course is now part of our group's annual plays.
