Indian Palms Golf & Country Club - Indian/Mountain
Played On 10/28/2014Alternative to my Club
My home course was closed for overseeding, so I went looking for a place to play. Indian Palms is a good value and nearby my home course. The facilities are nice. They have very helpful staff on and off the course. There are three nine hole tracks, but one of them was closed for their own overseeding. The course was in good shape and the greens roled well, although a little slow. It is a very good value.
Silver Oak Golf Course
Played On 09/22/2014Course has an interesting layout
Silver Oak was a great value. It's 60% cowboy movie set and 40% nice residential golf. The fairways and greens were in great condition, while the cart paths were more like stagecoach trails. The front nine has a lot of elevation changes, and the back nine has several water hazards to negotiate. Overall, a fun challenging round.
Dayton Valley Golf Club
Played On 07/29/2014A great value
The course was in very good shape. It had very uniform medium speed greens. The sand traps were not very good (mostly dirt). The cart paths could use some wook. I was put with 3 other players, who play there occasionally and I had a great time with all of them. The pro shop, cart and bAR staff were friendly and helpful.
