Back in the day, I'm sure this was an incredible place to play. Now, not so much. Most of the greens are pretty rough. Back 9 much better than the front. Areas around green need work. Driving range was closed. Pretty soft.

If you love greens that are mostly sand and plugged balls, this is your course!
It hasn't rained in over a week and the course was a swamp. I had a ball plug ON THE GREEN! Using the term "green" loosely. Most of the greens were sand, unreadable, and unplayable.
Course resides in a senior citizen community, so if you get stuck behind a foursome of residents (like I did), prepare for a 4+ hour round. Don't plan to play through either.
The aquatic driving range is kind of cool, and just $4 for a bucket. Stop there.

NOT FOR ROOKIES/BEGINNERS!
Tons of elevation change and sloped greens make this a tough play. Beautiful scenery with top notch amenities. However, the pace of play was PAINFULLY slow. If you get caught behind the wrong group, your day is over.

Fairways and greens were bone dry when I played. Ball bounces and rolls a lot on the fairways, which help the course play shorter. Greens can be tough to read. Relatively wide course with room to hit.

This is a difficult course, but not overly intimidating. It's wide open, so on a windy day, it's quite a challenge. An accurate drive is more favorable than a long drive.
Facilities are top notch, and greens are well manicured. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
