Considering the rain we have had recently, the condition of the fairways and tee boxes was disappointing. Multiple barren patches. Not in the best condition I have seen this course.

The recent rains have put the fairways in the best condition we have seen in a long time. The maintenance crew has them well trimmed. However, loose cuttings littered the fairways which contributed to lost carry and lost balls. Would be an improvement if cuttings were raked or removed during cutting.

Weather overcast with breeze. Light traffic made the round relaxing. The greens were extremely fast with a 12.9 stimp rating which made the round very challenging.

Course conditions are good, Very light traffic. Hot but with some cloud cover and onshore breeze made it a perfect day for golf in Florida.

Weather was moderate, and the course was wide open. No wait times or pushing. The course was in good condition except for the roughs that were rather long which made it difficult to find balls.

It was a beautiful day for golf. The course was in better condition than we expected. There were few people playing, so the pace of play was excellent. Met someone new who joined us and he was not only good company but an excellent coach since his handicap was much lower than ours and his patience was.enviable. All of the staff were in the holiday spirit and very friendly. We encountered several herds of wild turkeys up close on the back nine which was an unexpected surprise.

This course has the best greens of any course in the Melbourne area, but the fairways could use some improvement. Weedy, splotchy and soggy in places.
Harmony Golf Preserve

Course was in good condition since it had rained recently. Greens were a little lumpy and had some diseased spots which made putting a little more difficult. Fairways overall were in good condition as were the bunkers. Light traffic and the pace of play was generally good with few bottlenecks.
The Savannahs Golf Course

Greens and fairways need some maintenance, but with recent rain perhaps they will improve.

Course was busy but well scheduled. We were paired with golfers having similar handicaps which made the pace of play pleasant.
The greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Always enjoy playing this course.

Thanks for your review and for your business. You hit the nail on the head as the recent rains have done wonders for us. Mother Nature has been throwing us some curve balls over the past 7 months but we are fighting through them. Those weaker areas in a couple fairways will be addressed in the very near future. Come back out and see the improvements soon.
