It has been relatively dry here, so the course was not soggy. Good grass on the fairways. Greens in good shape.

Play here often. Fairways in very good condition.
Greens fast.
Challenging because of water on most holes.
Can get soggy if lots of recent rain.

Although greens have generally been in good condition, I have played here when the fairways were greenish, but not grass.
Greatly improved since my last round!

Condition of greens suitable for pro tournament.
Fairways have best grass in the area.

Only downside is price and distance from home makes it difficult to play regularly

Have not played this course for several months, because of the conditions.
Today, the greens were in much better shape than I recalled, but the fairways are no better, with many bare spots.

Have played this course occasionally over the years. Play from the "silver" tees because I am not a long hitter, so many par fours are reachable for me. Fairways generally narrow, so require accurate tee shots.
When I first played here I described conditions as a cow pasture with greens. Last time I played conditions were much improved, but today, not so much. Hardly any real grass on the fairways.

Despite 90 min drive, decided to play for the first time because of resort reputation, special price, and desire to get out of my area during this trying time.
Staff super helpful. Fairways in good condition. Greens also well maintained, but very fast.
One quirk- cannot drive to clubhouse. Must be picked up in parking lot by cart that comes by every few minutes. Otherwise a fairly long walk.

Have avoided playing here because of poor condition of the fairways in the past. Came today since most courses were closed on Christmas.
Pleasantly surprised by condition of the greens. Fairways much improved, but still thin in many places.
Bunkers hard packed - like a tight lie.

Since last playing here, the greens are in much better condition. Fairways continue to be spotty.

In fairness, this was 1 week after Irma, and I'll forgive excess debris in woods, and length of rough.
