poor tees, greens and fairways, bunkers have grass growing in them!?

Lovely course, great layout and in great condition. Unfortuanlty today we played at 08:37. This is the second time I have had problems withthe guy in the pro shop. He didn't even say good morning and spoke down to us immediately and just asked if we'd played here before. I said yes then he checked our tee time and told us to go off the 10th as it would be quicker. We proceeded to play off the 10th and didn't meet anybody on the course, we then got round to the 1st to find 3 4 balls on the tee and a 4 ball already playing the first (presumably a comp), this seemed very unorganised and disappointing as the 1st tee was clear when we went off the 10th originally. Bad management and just found the guy to be very rude and unwelcoming.
