Great Value for $
Great greens and very comfortable carts. Lots of wildlife on the course.
You could do a lot worse for the same price.

Good mid level course.
Overall positive.
Some very soft muddy patches. Greens were fairly true. Bunker sand was damp and very heavily packed.
NOTE:
My friend's disabled spouse had to pay a cart fee (as a rider) even though she could not play (seems like a cash grab).

Good value/we'll maintained
Only of thing is the layout of holes 17 and 18.. What genius decided to separate holes 16 and 17 by half a mile?
Otherwise the course is a great "Muni".
