The fairway is challenge specially for the first time player. I think the white tee is much easier vs the blue tee. The price is very good with such great course. I like the design which every green protected by bunkers.

Long day to finish the round since the group in front of us playing really slow. The price is matched with the course. It will be better if the pace can be faster.

The course difficulty is moderate but would say challenge to first time player., it is more focus on accuracy and you even have no chance to use your driver. Green is good, fairway quality is okay level. The green fee e is really high.

The course outline is great and challenged specially for the white course. little frustrated for red course since easily cross with Blue course. The fairway maintenance need to be improved for both white and red course. Some of the green also need to be improved,

The course is not very far away the city but still lot of noise from the road.
