I enjoy playing here. Not super condition but greens very putt-able.

I'd been down from Wisconsin a couple of months but my two friends had just arrived and hadn't played since mid November. I picked Arlington for their first round due to their generous landing areas off the tee.They liked the course although one of them thought the greens could have been better.

Started poorly right away when we arrive 30 minutes early to warm up and they were out of carts. They said they hoped to get us out close to our tee time. OK, we thought maybe they'd offer a bucket of balls for the inconvenience but the tractor had been damaged that picked up balls so they had none. We did get out only about 10 minutes late but that meant we teed off around 2:30pm and it gets dark by 6:30pm. Round was slow. Didn't see any rangers. We got through the 15th hole in the semi darkness. Went to return the cart, use the restroom, and get a beer and everything was locked up tight. Management problem?

Course was in very good shape. We started fairly late in the afternoon and were a little worried we would not finish before dark but after the front nine were able to play the back in an hour and fifteen minutes.
