Royal Woodbine Golf Club
Played On 11/11/2020Westview Golf Club - Homestead/Lakeland
Played On 07/19/2020Round at Westview
First time playing and was impressed by the the Lakeside and Middle nines. Stretched out about 6,350 yards from the white tees, with petty tight, tree lined fairways. I would play again
Cardinal Golf Club - East
Played On 06/19/2020Friday Morning golf...
Other courses I have played post Covid-19 have tee times on 12 minute variables. Here was 10. It was crowded though pace of play was fine. With Covid, there was no water on the course for obvious reasons but with 29 degree heat you need beverage carts on the course and the foursome I was in didn't see on till the 17th tee and it was 400+ yards and 3-4 holes over. not good. You need to do better than this.
Van Cortlandt Park Golf Course
Played On 10/21/2019Great Experience
Played the course a couple of days after heavy rains but it was mostly dry. No roll on the fairways due to that and the greens were being aerated. Course still played well . First tee box was a mat which is being addressed. Van Cortlandt is the oldest public course in the US
Lakeview Golf Course
Played On 07/14/2019Lakeview Golf Course
Played On 06/09/2019Excellent "old school" course
Lakeview is one of if not my favorite golf course in the GTA. It has that wonderful old school feel with tight fairways, small, fast greens and excellent definition. The 12th and 16th golfs are a tad "quirky" and am hoping the usual 17th hole gets reopened soon but all in all a great course to play!
Caledon Country Club
Played On 05/26/2019Great gem in Caledon
Played Caledon CC after mulling over a few options in Golf Now and was pleasantly surprised. The course layout is excellent and is a lot tougher than the first hole lets on.
The two par 5's on the back nine are challenging.
I walked 18 but would recommend a golf cart since there are quite a few elevation changes and holes were the next tee box is a trek from the prior green.
Great value and great "old school" feel course.
