Good Layout
Greens were comically bad. However GolfNow gave a “warning” on green conditions. Bunker shot too were pretty poor for a course of this caliber. Decent value thanks to GolfNow however.

Greens
The course conditions visually was not very impressive. In particular the greens were not pleasing aesthetically. However, the rolled much truer than they look. Some of the better greens in Houston not at a $125/round rate.
