Course was in great shape and the pace of play was perfect for how many people were there. I have yet to be disappointed with either of the Verrado courses and their staff.

I have been golfing at Coldwater for the last 7 years and the course has gotten much better. There are still some small areas they could clean up; TEE BOXES are always in horrible shape, and the course surroundings (i.e. trash, weeds, etc.). The location of the course doesn't help their cause, but if they repair the tee boxes, pick up trash, and maintain the edges of the course it would go a long way.
Fairways and greens were in great shape.

The course was in really tough shape. This could be mostly due to the storms, or the summer season but the price tag should represent the course conditions.
Most of the tee boxes have sporadic crab grass. The fairways were very patchy (season and weather contribute to this, no fault of the course). Rough and surrounding areas weren't kept up very well (although weather has an impact, the grounds crew should at least try and clean up a bit). Greens were decent, a little long and slow but rolled true (grounds crew were punching new pin placements on the green as we were putting, never seen that before). Bunkers were compact (probably due to storms).
I usually like this course but attention to the smaller details would go a long way for the current price tag. The grounds crew should be advised to pick up trash as they see it on the course. Maybe explain to them again what the flag colors mean when punching new pin placements (also wait until players are off the green).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fairways were in decent shape. Greens were REALLY slow, pretty furry. Rough and surroundings of the course were in poor shape.

Course was in pretty good shape for this time of year. Clubhouse staff went above and beyond...again. They are one of the most friendly and helpful clubhouse staffs I have experienced in AZ.
Fairways in good shape, cut low. Rough wasn't too tall, not as challenging to hit out of as winter months. Greens rolling true, in very good shape.

I played this course last summer and it was in great shape so I expected more of the same. The fairways were in horrible shape. There were a ton of hot spots and dead patches. Hitting out of the first cut was almost better at times because there was actually some grass to hit off of. Bunkers and greens were in fair shape. Greens still rolled true although they didn't look great. Hoping this was just a transition period for them because I love this course. Cart girl and clubhouse staff were great. Pace of play was awesome.

The course was in average condition for this time of year. While all of the other courses are in peak shape this time of year, it makes sense we were able to get out for $30 at Sundance. The course layout is great and there is a ton of potential, but the course isn't in great shape. The greens were like cement. Very undulating and challenging, but also unfair due to the condition. Again, there is a ton of potential here and the price is right. Don't expect a peak AZ course though.

The course was in a great shape. Got a little bit of rain the night before so everything was nice and soft. The amenities and staff were awesome as usual. No complaints, 18 holes before the rains came.

The course was in great shape for this time of year. The greens were in great shape. Seems like they are under new ownership or have a new plan in place as to how they take care of the course.

This course is not as exciting as everyone has been saying. Maybe because it was that bad before the remodel everyone is pumped on it? Greens were in decent shape, a little hard. Fairways were decent for summer conditions. Rough, tree lines and bunker are where I was disappointed. There wasn't much upkeep there at all. Seemed like a city course still. Layout was just blah as well. Some might like it, but this course just didn't do it for me.

Some brown/rough grass in the fairways but not too bad considering the time of year. Greens in good shape. Cart lady basically non-existent. Load up your cart before you head out. Been that way the last 4 rounds there

Although this course is short, it can be challenging at times. They combat the short holes with hard dog legs. You can cut the corner on some of these holes if you're a big hitter. Greens were like putting on shag carpet. Aerated last week, so I am sure they're between cuts. All in all, fun little golf course.

Considering it is monsoon season/110 degrees, the course was still in great shape. They are currently cutting out some sections of grass (rough/OB) to add a different type of shrubbery to the course, but other than aesthetics, it should not affect you. Greens are still in pretty good shape. Rough was extremely dense. Fairways in good condition.

It's out there a little ways but its in great shape and a fun course to play. Not the hardest, nor the easiest course but it has some interesting holes.
