Course was still wet from earlier week rain storms, cart path only. Course was in very good condition considering all the rain. One of the better courses near lower Delaware

very nice course
Enjoyed everything about the course, layout, fairways and greens were in great condition.The day I golfed the course had very few golfers on it, hard to believe for as nice as the course is.
