So I get in pay for my tee time, nothing's labeled so I have no idea where to go. Tee off I noticed that 70% of the fairway and rough is all just dirt but oh well the course had a nice layout and was a nice challenge. Then after the fourth hole turned to the fifth to see a swarm of high school golfers out there competing in a match that I was unaware of period i teed off at 4:45 by 517 I was standing on the fifth tee box confused, by 6:45 I was trying to pass by this high School match that I was unaware of and should not have been instructed to tee off on whole one rather the tenth hole period so much for paying for a round of golf and only getting about seven and a half holes. learn how to manage a property and when this is happening send golfers off on the back, your cart person said so himself. I will not do business with any Arcis course or kokopelli if I am not fully refunded. It is incredibly unfair to those high school girls to have golfers paying to go out there and play and have us behind them and we are not even aware of it. I think it's time for Arcis golf to wake up this is not their only course going down hill, have you seen superstition springs this summer? I sincerely wish you guys would get it together your golf course should be shut down for the conditions it's in anyways.

So I teed off at 4:45, a twilight tee time so I'm expecting to you know cruise through play it two and a half to three hour round. I was uninformed that there was a girl's high school match being played on the front nine. After playing the first four holes in about 25 to 30 minutes I turned to the fifth hole to see a a swarm of carts and young players walking and playing at a very slow place. I played behind them as I talked to the gentleman in front of me and he said this was a high school match and the pro should have sent me off on the back nine. I've been continued to just try to skip past a couple holes seeing as they only had a nine hole match just to get my cart in a traffic jam with every parent who was also driving a cart along the cart path watching their children's event. So I parked my car on the t-box of the ninth hole and grabbed my stuff and walked towards the clubhouse. Clubhouse was closed, I approached the cart guy explained to him what had happened I can't get my cart because it's stuck in a traffic jam I only played seven and a half holes of golf when I booked the tee time for 18. He says, "well I'm not sure why they're having you guys tee off the front nine because that tournament just finished teening off at about 3:35... Needless to say if I do not get free golf or a full refund from kokopelli or an Arcus golf course I will never be using their services again.
