greens are fast and roll true with large brakes ... fairways are lined with plenty of trees which interfere when you are off the fairway.
sand traps next to greens a very high lips and difficult to stop on green.... good challenge

Being January in Sacramento.. the course was in great shape. The greens are deceptively fast. Enjoyable round.

Unfortunately, the Golf Now reservation did not mention that a "shotgun tournament" started 15 minutes before our scheduled 1:15pm tee time.

The course has been aerated recently and the greens are slow. The rest is in good shape and I would recommend it to anyone.
Rocklin Golf Club
Played On 1/22/2013This is a challenging course with plenty of slopes and fast greens. It is in good shape for January.
see summary + very tricky on downhill putts that can roll off the green on some holes
