The Club at Savannah Harbor
Played On 09/12/2020Exceptional Experience !!! ALWAYS
The Club at Savannah Harbor is easily among the top 5 courses in the area. Greens/fairways well maintained. Course is challenging and rewards solid golf, but would be fun for the high handicapper as well. More importantly, the STAFF at The CLUB are truly EXCEPTIONAL, from the food/beverage staff, to club professionals to course staff! They all perform their jobs with a genuine intent of providing the BEST experience possible for the golfer. First rate staff, awesome golf course. You can’t lose. Play this course if you love golf.

Staff is ALWAYS great! From the guys who pick up your clubs, check you in to the nice ladies at the bar/lounge...couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people. And the course is nice and long; the greens were recuperating from recent aeration but it didn’t lessen my experience.... pace was good ( I play early)...Great venue for golfers of all skill levels. Gators were out too!
Nice course with universal problem of pace
I think the course is quite decent, with several holes offering a real risk vs reward approach to certain shots. Makes for an interesting and entertaining round of golf. My one complaint that this and all other public courses ( even my country club) have to contend with is pace of play!!! You are NOT professional golfers, so please stop spending 15 minutes on the green lining up putts when you r putting for double bogey (or worse) cause I’m sure you counted the tee shot in the woods or the one in the water.... have a little integrity or just take your medicine and some golf instruction from a a PGA professional. These 4 + hour rounds have got to stop!!! Most courses can’t afford to pay Marshall’s to keep players on the clock, so for the love of the game and all others, take your penalty and keep it moving....

Played On 08/23/2014Greens need some attention
This is a nice course, that could be a great course... Except for the lack of attention to detail ... Seems the greens keeper is content with being mediocre. Staff is friendly enough. Just a little more attention to the state of all the greens and this course is a 5 of 5.
The Oaks Course
Played On 08/02/2014Very nice golf course
Bobby Jones inspired....very nice golf course. No cakewalk despite yardage cited at 6500+. Very challenging and greens roll true and always well maintained . Kudos to greens keepers; they really keep this course in good shape as compared to most courses in east- Atlanta. Fun to play... Stay in fairway otherwise forget about it ... Don't even bother to look, drop take the penalty. You will not find the ball... There are some very interesting Par 5's and the Par. 3's play longer than printed yardage and accuracy is a must. You will enjoy this course.... The staff is quite nice and accommodating . Only issue, they need some "new" range balls... But that is easily forgotten by first drive. Price is typical to area .
Eagle's Brooke Golf and Country Club
Played On 10/25/2013Great course!
This course well deserves a four star. It's long but offers multiple Tee lengths to suit golfers of EVERY skill level. The greens have been in excellent shape each time I have played. Most have some undulation, making it a thinking golfers challenge on approach shots...the staff is quite cordial . The only issue? Which really is of no great importance, is the temporary or "makeshift" clubhouse, and no beverage cart... But that is of no consequence given the very nice track one gets to experience without a consistent slow pace of play. If the clubhouse gets upgraded... This course could easily be 5 Star. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
