Good value for the money
For a municipal course, Gainesville is great. It is a great value for the money. The greens and tee boxes are fairly well kept with little to no browning. It is mid July and the fairways are mostly green and mowed as well. The sand traps are not kept, and the cart paths need work, but for the value this is a fine course.
