I called and made a tee time reservation for three players for 9 holes. We showed up ready to play at our tee time and played our first hole when the marshall told us that we only paid for one person to play and treated us like we were trying to pull something. He was extremely rude and condescending when we politely told him we made a reservation for three players. We lost our tee time and had to go back to the pro shop. The young lady had charged us for only one person and 18 holes when we even asked her if we could play the back nine holes (so she knew we were only playing 9). She argued with us rather than being polite. She never asked how many were playing (which she would've known by our reservation). She charged us completely incorrectly and we were scolded by the marshall for something we had no control over. As Aggies, we are very disappointed.
