we had 4 players and a fifth rode/walked along with us. As we finished the 9th hole, we were accosted by someone accusing us of playing a 5-some. we explained and were the told we were behind time with whole hole open ahead. We were behind for 1 reason; one our players went into the bathroom at the 6th tee and after the door closed was locked in. No key would work. We called the pro shop as we couldn't get our buddy out. There response was only, 'Yeah, we have a problem with that door'. No concern, no offer to send someone out with tools to maybe help, nothing.

Also, not one sand trap has any sand in it, they are all just dirt and most of them were a mud pit at the bottom of the trap. Very disappointing.
