Played at 1250 on Sunday 1/12 after it rained all day the previous day so the course was very saturated but greens were still great. This is my favorite public course around Atlanta. I was able to play in 2 hrs and 37 min and shot 79 and thats after waiting 15 min because my gf waited until we were in the 9th fairway to order food.

This course is always a pleasure to play. The greens are always in great shape. Some holes are a bit quirky but all in all you can't beat the value at West Pines.

My first time at Echelon mainly because its 60 miles from my front door. I've heard great things about this course for years and the layout didn't disappoint. What did disappoint a bit was the greens. From what I've read they were aerated over 3 weeks ago and if you played them yesterday you would guess more like 3 days. it doesnt look like they have come back at all. Whats more disappointing is that during check-in the condition of the greens wasn't mentioned nor is it on the website. Made it impossible to hole anything outside of 6 ft.

Course was in great shape! Every teebox, every fairway, and every green were in perfect condition. The greens were lightning fast also.

As a lifelong UGA fan I've wanted to play here for a while. I wasn't disappointed. I had a great time and was pleasantly surprised by how fast the greens were. Although the grass was dormant the scenery was still very nice. Can't wait to play again in the summer.

The new ownership is doing a great job bring this place back. The greens werent cut but understandable cuz he is trying to get the grass to take. Tough layout as always and great job on rebuilding the clubhouse. No doubt these guys will have the course in great shape by next spring.

Beautiful course. Had a free foursome hot deal and man did we ever take advantage of it. one of the nicest courses I've played. Just a long way from home. We drove 1.5 hrs but it was well worth it.

Played here on Aug. 15 with 2 friends and something about this course just fits my game. Tough course but fair.

I played on an early Monday morning on a Golfnow hot deal rate and as always I loved the experience. I've played this course now 3 times and its in the best shape I've seen. Tough layout and some tight fairways on some holes. The course was in great shape especially considering the 2 inches of rain over the preceding weekend. I didnt see anyone the whole round and played in less than 2 1/2 hrs. Great staff Great course Great experience. Will definitely be back

Have played here many times since 2010 and was greatly disappointed when it started going downhill last year. visited recently after hearing of the management change and was pleasantly surprised with the way the course has come back around. Greens look really good for this time of year and as always this is a great layout. Great job guys.
