Port Charlotte Golf Club
Played On 11/07/2017Really friendly staff
We were the last foursome of the day and the staff were there to accept our carts – not to rush us out the gate. This was a classy experience even though we were playing on a hot deal. And the course was in excellent condition in spite of all the rain.

With six tees at most holes, well kept fairways and rough and beautiful greens, this course is worth a try.
Port Charlotte Golf Club
Played On 02/11/2014These greens are fast and in excellent shape
I have played many of the courses in the Port Charlotte area and this is the best of the lot with first rate (green) fairways and well kept bunkers. Watch out for the greens because a downhill putt will have you well past the hole if you're not careful. Our first 9 was a little slow but the second nine was fast without anyone chasing us.
Woodside Greens Golf Club
Played On 9/19/2013This is a great course and a hidden gem.
It is flat enough to walk but often a long hike between greens and the next tees. I really like how you can be playing and not see another fairway. It is like hiking through the bush with no one around. The fairways are often narrow and there is lots water and white sand bunkers where you don't want them but challenge is what it is all about. The course is in excellent shape.

This is just a fun course with mostly par three's but a par four to start and end each nine. It is challenging because of the water and the undulating greens. Play is as fast as the slowest player and since mostly seniors play this course, there are some slow players. But what's the hurry?
