Everything great, except layout has some blind shots and lots of elevation changes.

Good greens, but bunkers, tee boxes and fairways are not in good condition. Really good layout, but needs more $ spent on maintenance.

First group out on the front(double teeing)great pace of play finished in less than 4 hours. Course is in good shape, greens were very fast

Everything about this course was really good except for the bunkers. Concrete hard, you could not rake . Every green is well protected with bunkers, so unless you are a very good golfer you will be in the bunkers. Almost unfair, you will notice I did not call it sand.

Fairways okay, greens slooow and full of every type of weed and yard grass, bunkers unplayable. Evidently Forsyth County has no money for golf course maintanance.

Terrible pace of play, Fairways were poor, greens just okay. We dis not see a ranger till the 15th hole, group behind was angry because we would not let them thru, but there were 2 foursomes in front of us and we were waiting on every hole. You should not tee off at 8:20 am and have a 5 hour and 15 minute round

Course conditions were excellent, the greens seemed to be slower than they normally are. Staff is very friendly and actually seem to be glad you are playing their course.

This is a nice, Pete Dye design course. Conditions were okay, but could be better. Pace of play was slow. two groups ahead were 2 couples. There were 2 holes open in front of them. Had to wait on every shot. Staff was nice and snack bar food was good.

This is a really good layout. Greens were in excellent condition. Fairways were spotty, bermuda should be thick and lush this time of year. Bunkers were not consistent, some were very good others rocky and hard. This is definitely a course you want to play .

Course was in good condition for this time of year. While it is true the cart paths are terrible, I do not play golf on the cart path. Fairways were good with plenty of grass to hit off of, and the greens rolled well. Everything is Bermuda and spring has been llate, but course conditions were much better than a higher rated course I played yesterday.

almost no grass on fairways, bunkers not raked and hard as the cement cart paths, weeds growing in the bunkers. Looks like an upscale layout with no budget for maintenance.

The course is in good condition. The fairways are generous, with most all of the hazards visible from the tee box. Played to early morning rounds here and finished both in three hours or less. Good value for the price
