The course is barely 5,900 yards, but has a some tricky holes. The fairways are somewhat narrow. There are a fair number of water hazards, sometime both right and left.

The greens were slow, but in very good shape. Too bad the fairways and tee boxes were a little less cared for. Still a fun round overall.

I’ve played this course many times. Its never been in pristine condition, but it was in very rough shape this past weekend. To top it off they are charging too rates.

The tee boxes were all beat up, slanted and sloped. Many of the fairways had bare spots (no grass). Most of the greens were good, but a few also had dead or dying grass. They have a second course. They should take this one off line for maintenance.

The course is well laid out and somewhat challenging. Virtually all tee boxes were beat up. Sometimes they just laid down sod, on the tee boxes which was lumpy. Other times it was dirt and sand. Rough was not at all maintained. Some greens were bad, but just in spots. Unfortunately, pin positions were at the poor spots on the green. Would be a very nice course, if better maintained.

Plays longer than it is. Fairways are generous. Rough is very rough and deep. We played gold and red courses (2 nines). Gold was fantastic. Red greens were hard and dry . Tee boxes were a little beat up.

I enjoyed the layout. Even from the tips the distance is manageable for mid to low handicappers. My pet peeve is always the quality of the tee box. Nearly every tee box was pretty beat up and/or was sloped. At least for me that affects good footing and proper balance.

The greens were great. The fairways were in good shape, but the rough, was rough. Not tall grass and shrubs, but weeds or dirt. Very difficult ptiching/chipping on many of the holes.

Overall a good value for the money. A little cleanup and this course would be a gem.

The tee boxes and greens were in rough, rough shape! You know you are in trouble when the main bathrooms are out and there is a portable bathroom out front. The resort appears to be under construction. Some funds ought to go to better course maintenance. Course is long and challenging, but would be more enjoyable and worth the price if better maintained.

The course layout was good. Water comes into play on most holes. A few long par 4's. The greens need a little work and are pretty small greens throughout. Overall a pretty good day on a good course, but some maintenance would be helpful. I was disappointed that no one greeted me at the bag drop. Also, no one cleaned my clubs at the end of the round.

I found the layout to be interesting and challenging. Narrow fairways, plenty of war, bunkers around the green. While a short course, it played longer, as the fairways were quite narrow.

Most of the greens are small, so you need short club into the greens.

Unfortunately, tee boxes and greens were in poor repair. The pace of play was awful, nearly 5 hours. Had to wait on every hole. The Club allowed a very large group to go out ahead of us 16-20 people. While they went off in groups of 4, they were basically all the same group which had taken over all the early tee time and were in no hurry.

Have played here many times. Course was in great shape. Always fun to play. Challenging all around. The 27 hole layout means that when playing 9 or 18 that the starter can stagger the groups. That usually means that the pace of play is fair and not too rushed.

The course is not too far from home, so I wanted to try it out. Saw a number of negative reviews, so I avoided it. I am glad that I finally gave it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Except for a few uneven tee boxes (common, it seems on public courses), the conditions were more than favorable. In fact, I would say that the conditions were very good overall.

Except for a few uneven tee boxes the overall course conditions were great. Greens were in great shape; faster than they looked. Lots of bunkers and water hazards, so you need to be somewhat accurate.

The course was in great shape. Staff was very friendly. I was pleased that they offered coolers of ice on a very hot day.

Pace of play was good. Marshall was not following on every hole.

Course plays a bit long. Need to hit fairways to stay in the game.

I believe that this course may have been build upon a landfill. Don't let that fool you, or scare you off. It is a well designed course with elevation changes, not usually found in South Florida. Except for a few tee boxes which were beat up, course was in great shape. Beautiful greens!

I have played this course a couple of times in the past. Always thought the course conditions were average. Except for 1 or greens and a few beat up tee boxes, the course was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly. Had a good round. Price is right!

When you pay $50 per person for a tee time, you want a course like this. Well maintained from tee to green. There were some challenging holes. Bunkers were strategically placed and there was water all around. Certainly a shot maker's course. Staff was friendly and organized.

I really enjoyed the layout Fairways are a bit narrow which makes the track challenging. Plenty of bunkers and water although the water is not in play on all holes. A few greens were rough. Nearly all tee boxes were beat up and sloped. That is the one thing I hate most about most public courses. Need good footing on the tee.

Tee boxes and greens were horrible all around. Golf cart felt like it was 20 years old. Course has some nice holes, but it is not well maintained. Can't charge premium rates for this course.

Except for a few beaten up tee boxes, this is is the best maintained municipal course that I have ever plaid. Like many courses, they push for a consistent pace of play. But, they end up bothering you every 3 or 4 holes. Tee times are every 10 minutes. Amateurs, especially high handicappers should not be expected to complete every hold in 10 minutes. I believe that not only this course, but most book too many daily times. I am all for a quick pace of play. I am a 10 handicap that plays quickly, but not everyone in a group plays at the same pace.
