There were too many available tee times offered, which is good for profits, but not good for enjoyment of the game. This caused the pace of play to be slow. I’m a hacker and I was annoyed. I could only imagine what it felt like for serious golfers.

As for the staff, I found the cart girl to be professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pro shot staff were unhelpful. Probably due to the volume of golfers playing 7 min. apart with regard to tee times. They did not seem to care to help with me finding an item I lost (prescription glasses). Unfortunately, they wouldn’t take my information so they could call me if they came across a the item I lost. Just the little things.

Overall, it was a great layout. There were a couple of times where I hit my ball into the rough and knew exactly where it went and had difficulty finding my ball. Most of the greens were great. Some of the bunkers had water due to the excessive rain recently. I would play this course again. They paired me up with two golfers. That didn’t take themselves too seriously. It made for a very fun round.

This used to be a great course. Unfortunately, they have let it go down hill. Many greens need work. The fairways have a lot of weeds. Many bunkers have grass growing in them. The bunkers haven’t been raked or fluffed in a long time. It saddens me to see how bad this course is getting. It hasn’t rained, but obviously they haven’t taken steps to correct the little things.

This course has a nice layout. You can score well if you keep it in the fairway and lay up your shots appropriately. You need to be strategic, but not not conservative. Fun course, but had some pockets of moisture that should have been drained. Not too bad.

This course is great for the money. The quarry holes are unique and are fun to play. The view from the tee boxes on those holes are relaxing and aesthetically beautiful. The course is in great shape and is just difficult enough for all levels of player.

I absolutely love this course. The staff were friendly and they paired me up with two nice people. The greens were perfect and the fairways were firm. This course is well taken care of for a public course.

The course was great today! My brothers and I loved the hilly wide open style. The greens were mostly in good shape. Maybe one or two need attention, but overall they were in good shape. The bunkers were links style and were unique. It was cold today. So, it felt like Scotland! I’m glad we weren’t wearing kilts!

The greens were in bad shape. This course is still struggling even after new ownership took over a couple of years back. The promise of a well maintained course has not been kept. $25.00 plus fees is too much for this course. $15.00 would make it tolerable. $28.00 to play Sherman Hills, which is in great shape is worth the extra $3.00

This was a great course. The staff was friendly and the conditions were great. Accuracy is a must as even the fairways off of the tee box were difficult to navigate. Very deceptive. The course is in great shape, but is challenging.

I enjoyed my time at the course. The only issue we had was that the greens were way too fast. We had a lot of parts that when we passed the whole if you barely missed. Overall the experience was good
