Almost great!
Played earlier today with my son. Very nice and challenging layout. A couple of greens had different spots of grass on them, but mostly in excellent condition as were the fairways and tees. No rakes in sand traps (covid). Only downer was pace of play. Two couples, with the men playing the gold tees and often barely passing the lady's tees. And yet even they were waiting for the group in front of them. Outside of taking forever, I would DEFINITELY play it again.
