This course for a very long time was one of my favorites..It fell into very poor condition after the pandemic but i was very pleased to see it come back into shape.Greens and fairways nice again

Primm Valley Golf Club - Lakes Course

The fairways and tees were fine. The greens are very spotty with very thin grass and many bare areas.The traps need sand.The layout of this course is worth the visit alone .I am hopefull that the management can return the course to its previous good condition.

The fairways were all domant grass. no water has bebb put on tjem. The greens are all green and put smmoth and are very fast. All on all a fun round

Many who have played this course in recent months know how bad conditions had become. i am glad to say they are making great progress to restoring the course back to enjoyable condition. Still a ways to go but in yhe right direction.

The greens were very good .The fairways fine.If you chase reasonable green fees like i do Allante at this time rates above Stallion Mtn or Legacy or club at Sunrise for value and conditions.
