For the price it was a bargain. The staff is great. The greens and fairways were in fair condition. There were a few holes that water came into play but more holes with sand traps that protected the greens and made it somewhat challenging to avoid. The pace of play was fair without too many golfers on the course.

The staff was great in getting you setup for tee off. Carts had ice chest and ice was available. No GPS on carts distances were by markers. The fairways had numerous dry and dead areas but the greens were great with alot of bunker/sand trap protection. The driving range need nets, balls were being hit into the fairway and you had to be alert.

The course had numerous dry areas in the fairway. The greens were in good condition and fast. The course layout had a good variety of different things to challenge all levels of players.

The greens were in good condition, well watered and somewhat soft. The only complaint was the large number of ducks on the course. The ducks left their droppings on the greens and made it impossible to not step on it or putt without having the ball deflected or covered in droppings.
