Great Course...Poorly Managed

After playing the course several years ago and always having a pleasurable experience...we were extremely disappointed on how much the service and hospitality has gone downhill. The starter was rude, argumentative, disorganized and seemed like he lost control of the tee times. The other party with us (two ladies) had their cart die on hole 10 and were left stranded, once again due to the disorganization of the staff. Disgraceful performance overall.
