Fairways were in very good condition. Course is in a retirement community but is wide enough and open enough to enjoy. Would recommend this course for a west valley location. Staff is very pleasant.

Greens were painted where grass should be grown. Fairways were very poor and weeds were growing because there was no competition from grass. Very poorly maintained course.

Course is well maintained with a pleasure to play. I play as often as I can get a hot deal or twilight rate. Highly recommend!
