Any course starts with the people who are most courteous, friendly and helpful. They will never let you out if you can do any damage to the course in normal play. If it's too wet, cart paths only. They can also close 9 of the 18 holes but let you play them twice. They know good course management and it shows. It is the only course (including the East 18) in Passaic county so it gets a lot of play. Never looks "shop worn". Great tee locations for all ages and levels. As good as most semi-private tracks.

You always get a warm greeting from the agent on duty. The 're all pleasant and try to satisfy your special needs. This always makes me feel good about playing here. It is a 55 minute ride from my house. The tees are obviously rotated constantly as I have never hit off a bare spot. Choice of tees is quite fair and they are flat. The fairways have no bare spots and the first cut is very fair. Yardage markers are within 4 yards of my laser rangefinder. This time of year, you hate leaves. Not a problem as they blow them away. Have not lost any balls under leaves. The pin placements are also ver fair and not with 6 feet of any edge. The speed will vary from course to course but not radically different. They have been rolled so no bumping around. All in all, a very pleasant under 4 hour round is usual.

Everything you could want in a public course and all the people were so nice and helpful. I will definitely return. Hope they can blow the leaves away when they start falling. Some very beautiful views.

This is one of the most beautiful areas in the Northeast. Having 3 nine hole courses with different "personalities" makes it very interesting to say the least. The staff is very friendly. I always enjoy the round no matter how good or bad I play. The views are great as well. Sorry that I have to wait until April to play again. I just wish they were closer to my home.
