Very nice course. it was a very HOT day and unfortunately due to weather cart path only which did not help with waiting on every HOLE. With cart path only and the Heat you are tired after 18 if you last 18. Layout of course was outstanding. Beautiful course. Fairways where soaked but course could not help that. Greens where great. Very tricky greens too read. Very elevated greens that is the Ross design. Would love to play again when weather is cooler.

Played on a golf trip. Course is very challenging especially off the tee box. Fairways where good some holes where rough but probably due to rain. Greens where Excellent! The best greens we played on the trip and that was playing 5 rounds at other tracks. Being it was very Hot waiting on every hole was not good.. Could do a better job separating tee times especially in summer when it is so HOT. Recommend playing in afternoon looked empty but that is if you can avoid the Fla storms.

A very Fun course to play. Wide OPEN but very challenging greens. Watch out for the pot bunkers. On a golf trip and played 5 rounds and this was are favorite track. Staff was Great. Course was in great shape. Fairways are perfect! Can go all out with the Driver.

Very nice course. Great Shape. A lot of elevation.
Would definitely play again. Pace was good. Fairways where good got great rolls and Greens where good fun course to play.

All the money invested in greens. I felt like we needed seat belts for carts. Rough cart paths. Fairways find some grass. tee boxes alright. greens excellent and very fast.
What u pay is what u get in winter so for the price it is not too bad.
Lago Mar Country Club

I was a member at Ft. Lauderdale CC and now joined Lago and really have enjoyed the course better then Ft. CC. Staff and everyone have been wonderful. Amenities are not what it is @ Ft. CC. As for golf excellent and meeting members much better as for personalities. Course is fair but every hole has a different feel. For the membership rate can not beat the deal they are offering.

The greens are definitely rolling nice and could be a little faster and will be once we return to the cooler fall months. Thank you for the great comment, "The best greens we played on the trip and that was playing 5 rounds at other tracks". The fairways are transitioned from the winter rye grass and are recovering nicely and should be pristine in about 2-3 weeks.
