The course is in very poor condition. Most greens are simply colored dirt patches. Weeds in most traps, tees are not level and provide little room to take a stance. Several fairways and tees were not mowed prior to our near 10am starting time. Spanish Wells overall conditions gave the impression of a facility in financial trouble. For over $450 ( for our foursome ) any couse in the area is a better deal.

Several holes are tough to figure out the first time you play because of the roll offs to water.
There are better courses for the same money. The courses (north and south) nice and in fair to good condition. We were rushed a bit as they ran out of golf cards and had people waiting.
The staff was friendly.

If you don't mind the drive the course is in very nice condition. Golf now's price was a few bucks higher than the course was offering which was strange (and the course give a food voucher for non- golfnow players).
Rushed thru the turn, couldn't find the snack bar and stay on schedule.
The course and Del Web housing in massive.

Palmetto-Pine's conditions were very nice two years ago. Since then there seems to be less money put into the course conditioning while areas like the club house and pro shop improve.

The greens are good (not great), but the tee areas are now mowed rough and some tees are simply dirt.

This used to be a great deal - now it's a middle of the road conditioned course. A fair deal, but not a steal.

Allendale is easily a $100+ value douse that you can play for half that amount. Throw in the driving range, short game pratice area, friendly staff and this is a nice nice experience.
Conditions were top notch and the pace of play was quick. I learned the course has hosted several state level events and after you play a few holes you can see why.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone in Southeastern Mass.

Conditions are better than a few years ago. Staff is mostly friendly (the cart girl didn't want to do anything but get home by early afternoon) and the snack bar wasn't that much better.

Green were in good condition.

For the money I would recommend the course.

Very good conditions, nice support staff. It would be hard to find a better course in the area.
